Search, monetization, and growth checklist.

This checklist tracks the account-side steps that cannot be completed purely by site code.

Search indexing

  • Submit https://ratereceipt.com/sitemap.xml in Google Search Console.
  • Submit the same sitemap in Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • After submission, inspect the homepage, Tools page, and the highest-priority state pages.

AdSense

  • /ads.txt is live.
  • Display ad script should be added only after the site is approved.
  • Keep ads out of forms, removal flows, and policy-sensitive explanations.

Affiliate

  • Finish partner tax/payment onboarding.
  • Set AFFILIATE_QUOTE_URL to the approved HTTPS tracking link.
  • Paid quote links are already labeled and hidden until configured.

Growth

  • All 50 state tracker pages are listed in the sitemap.
  • State alert signups can show which states deserve deeper content next.
  • Admin growth panel combines reports, issue reports, and alert signups.
